Thank you for leaving a review. There is always a lot of thought put towards our associates and their work/life balance. For example, we have internal focus groups to help us understand the pain points associated with workload and capacity. We're proud of how closely our departments work together though and there are multiple projects showcasing this at any given time. We're sorry YPO wasn't a long-term home for you, but thank you again for the review.
