Youth workers salary is not good enough for the trauma they deal with on a day to day. The colleagues are mostly not genuine with their interactions with you, too much fake energy. The management wakes up and sack employees for no just reason no matter how long they've spent on the job or how much value they deliver. The organization isn't open to evolving, no room for growth, and if there is, they would rather employ from outside. If you are ambitious, its not a place for you.
