Pros

The individual contributor level of employee's are will to do what it takes. They want to succeed more than anything as the team has been there for literally decades and the truly know how to run the business! Let them do so!

Kontras

The IT team is in shambles... They do not have a true leader to push them forward. Erase that slate and start new as the current management does not have the foresight to even begin to resolve the issues. A big issue is the "good old boys" network that needs to stop. The Senior management needs to truly get off their high horse and work in the trenches to resolve the issues that are facing the company. Lastly - sales... The previous CEO was inept in every sense of the word here and caused all sorts of undue drama with the customers, but they haven't sold anything in literally years so the outlook is grim to say the least
