No real benefits or medical insurance, career path, public holidays, micromanagement, time tracking. Employee turnover rate is very very high because employees realize there is no growth here so most employees leave after 6months - 1 year if not sooner. Japanese management promises things that they cannot deliver to employees, such as startup equity. DO NOT lie to your employees, they are not stupid... Even the contract they provide is not valid, since it does not have any authenticated signature or verification on it, nor they provide a copy of their sign on the contract to save themselves. Coming to SCRUM Agile, it's completely useless as there is no planning for tasks done by the Japan team. Even if tasks are planned in sprint planning, new tasks and designs will be constantly pushed in between.
