Pros

Excellent people; great product; great work/life balance

Kontras

DXC doesn't know what to do with it and killed off the marketing and sales efforts started in 2012. Limited technical challenges and opportunities for growth in the US.

Pros

Flexible hours ish and work from home options if approved by manager. No pro's left since DXC bought Xuber and sucked the life and soul out of it!

Kontras

I have worked for the company for several years and have watched it go from a thriving company with employees that enjoy their work, to what feels like a company that has been left out to dry by its acquirers DXC. Xuber, Previously Agencyport (Sword etc..) used to be a nice company to work for. Great benefits and great culture with rewards for good work. You felt like the management actually cared about its employees and the company in general. Since being acquired by CSC (now DXC), things have gone rapidly downhill over the last few years. Most of the nice parts about working for Xuber have been removed. No pay reviews, no job progression, travel is banned, forced to take holidays when we dont want to, plus what is apparently normal - a round of redundancies every quarter. To top that we have no stationary in the office because someone will not sign it off/pay the bill so we are now all fighting over pens and paper. Out of date software licenses and old/slow hardware. This is one of the biggest/richest conglomerates in the world.
