Horrible prospectives of growth. You will never get a raise. Arbitrary decisions done at a executive level that can make or break your work experience. Labor camp levels of surveillance. Random firings. Horrendous HR experience. Terrible work life balance. The bare minimum benefits (and depending the contract signed even less). Company politics gets interwoven into personal politics. If you sign a new York based contract your pay is dependent on factors outside your control and you don't have insurance or severance.
