There’s a noticeable disconnect between what’s said publicly and what actually happens behind the scenes. Overall, this doesn’t seem like an environment where employees are respected or supported, and anyone considering joining should think very carefully about whether they’re willing to deal with ongoing pressure, lack of support, and a workplace culture that doesn’t prioritize its people.

The codebase lacks scalability, and their development practices are far from sustainable. They also claim to have overseas teams, but in truth, it appears to be little more than a virtual office or mailbox address.
