You will get frustrated and demotivated while working in this organisation. You need to sign a 2 years of bond even if you are experienced candidate. They are giving 0.5 day sick leave per month which is Illogical. 6 emergency sick leave which you can avail if get hospitalised due to accident which no one wants. If you want to leave this company, you need to serve 3 months of notice period. If they want to remove, they will relieve you within 1 month. No employee benefits.
