EVERYTHING! HORRIBLE benefits. There's no management at all. The company does not care about their employees. A lot of shady things happening within departments. People pretty much do what they want and since there's no management, there's no structure and no one cares until something blows up now everything is an emergency. The place is not stable at all. This is company wide. Layoffs left and right. Lots of rumors about locations closing. You don't feel like you have a solid ground to walk on while working there. You see lots of people getting laid off. Lots of services and jobs are going offshore to other countries. Employees do not get raises. Unless you're "connected" you can forget about it. They play the buddy system in this company. If you're buddies with upper management you can pretty much do whatever you would like and get away with it. That includes, not coming to work, not doing work, taking off on a very short notice multiple times a week. While getting paid the same amount of money every two weeks. Meanwhile the people that do work always get the short end of the stick because now they have to try and cover multiple work\shifts just because people don't feel like working. They also hire people that don't know anything about their job and pay them a phat salary while the people that have been there a long time and actually do work, do not get any kind of salary increase. Not sure how they get away with this. But again, the buddy system in full effect! My advice to anyone thinking of going to Xerox is to think AGAIN! Unless you're unemployed and your only two options are, unemployment or Xerox then take the job, but start to look for a new job immediately! If you have a decent job now and are thinking of switching look elsewhere. You will regret life leaving a decent job and going to Xerox. The place is no good! This is by far the WORSE company I have ever worked for! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Xerox. This is a company wide review. I am so happy I was able to get out.
