(in Managed Services or Tech Services) customer service takes the backseat to cost cutting. the red-tape of working for a large company is truly exhausting. its easier to ignore a problem than to go through what it takes to fix a problem. Xerox seems like a high-tech, forward thinking company, when in reality the systems and software they use to run the company are hilariously out-dated and redundant.
