Hi guys! Omilia took my heart started from my 1st interview with the previous recruiter Anna Ivanova. It was the only prepared for the interview company : Anna has covered all my interests before I even ask a question.
The most important in the company is the culture! Talking to co-owner John Nikolaidis I understood why - he personally choose people with the best soft skills and great personality. There is a friendly vibe in the company between everyone, that inspires to work every morning. People are motivating!
I am thankful for the opportunity to learn IT field from the best people such as Maryan Kondratyuk, Elena Yaroshinska, Petros Marinos, Panagiotis Kalantzis and everyone, who is always open to help, teach, and learn as well!
I can not stay away from huge support, that Omilia gave to Ukrainians from the first minutes of Russian invasion on February 24th 2022! The company took care of evacuation for my colleagues and me immediately! Every month Omilia donates a lot of money to support Ukrainian soldiers and civil people, as well as donates every time when we personally ask for help to kids, woman or Ukrainians who lost their houses.
I fall in love with IT here, I get inspiration and experience every day, and wish to become more professional with Conversational AI building together with my colleagues around the world our product, and future.
PS : I guess because I truly love my job, and our product, that’s why I receive reviews from candidates in different websites, who feel my energy, and dream to join Omilia, because we are not working all together, but we share our everyday life, and grow here.
