      I found the employees and management to mostly be working at the best interest of its customers and their co-workers. Support from management was insightful and informative.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
