Working for XACT is like working for a family company. Running and maintaining a small business is hard work and we have struggled to say the least ... with scars to prove it. But we keep going and we never lose; we win or we learn. Even at XACT’s most challenging times, the management team has always made decisions with the employee in mind first and foremost. I can testify to that. XACT took a chance on a poor kid from Baltimore, taught and mentored me, made it OK to mess up just so long as I learned — and I am so grateful for that.
