Thank you for taking a few moments to let us know how you feel about your career here. We're glad that you feel great about the environment and the compensation structure. We're good now, but we look to making that go from good to great. You mention that you would like to see more transparency in the working system. We're doing what we can to make that happen via the intranet and workflow software improvements. Having said that, we also don't want to inundate you with too many meetings or over communicating. We'll see what we can do to create a healthy balance. Speaking of balance, you mentioned work life balance. We're always trying to see what we can do to bring the optimal balance to everyone in the company. As for management being more supportive and friendly, I think that can somewhat be coupled with more effective and frequent communication. Let's see if we can improve that together. I'm on board.
