Good mix of established core products and new product innovation. Excellent reputation in its core market. Great internship program--management is very involved and seriously committed to it. An overall healthy and fun work environment with nice people.

Not really a con but something to keep in mind: XYPRO is still a relatively small but growing company (less than 100 employees).
