The company is family-owned and has a solid business, and offers flexibility.

It's a family-owned company, so any and all profits do get prioritized to the family, so pay is low, benefits are okay at best, and there's no diversity. PTO is laughable, and you'll quickly see why there are no women at the company, and it's because the brothers run the business like a frat house with no maternity leave.
