Small size firm but not the best place to work - Designer bei XDesign: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No room to professionally grow, projects are not creative, favouritism, very very low pay, and raise request is never an option. The employee is expected to work 37.5 hrs and in order to get paid OT the employee is expected to provide 6.5hrs for free since OT is approved after 44 hrs work hours and it's paid in "Lieu time". Basically working for free ... Not a fun experience. Management is terrible and does not take their employees into consideration when comunicating important decisions.
