As a mother, I appreciate that family is one of the core values of the company. At XC we work together as a family and prioritize our individual families first. Growing pains cannot be denied, yet they are addressed in a positive manner. The CEO, Mr Cordon is dedicated to seeing goals met while encouraging all departments to navigate obstacles always putting the customers first. I value that XC values their employees same as they do the customers. WE are a team, there is no "I" at XC.
