Stay away! - Customer Service Representative bei XAL : Mitarbeiterbewertung

I was very excited when I got a job offer. I left my previous job for this position. They offered zero training. Many days I sat there for hours doing nothing. I was told to stay patient constantly and that there busy. At one point I even asked the supervisor not to get rid of me so easily. They fired 2 people before me. She said she would never do that. The next week, they said it wasn't working out. I only worked there for 3 weeks and no one took the time to train me. I was the 3rd person this happened to. I honestly felt like i was in high school again and part of a mean girls club.Do not waste your time.
