9yWe're a hard working organization, but the continuous improvement culture is one that focuses on finding ways to improve processes which means that we're usually looking for ways to work smarter, not harder. We set the bar high because it challenges us to think of new ways to achieve things. We have low employee attrition and very good employee engagement results, two of the things we measure. From time to time HR does help people out with resolving differences, but it's not needed very often, as people tend to get along well. I don't know the specifics of your situation, but feel free to send me a note or give me a call, or use the Speak Up lines if you want to raise an issue so we can help get it resolved. What you are describing is not typical.
