Wyse still retains the feel of a small company where everybody knows everybody else. This makes it easy to feel like an important part of the team and also serves to make communication and feedback easy. That being said, Wyse works with some of the largest companies in Canada and has real influence on making a difference for many people and for the environment. Utilities and sub-metering may not sound sexy in the career advisor's room, but in this world of climate change and energy needs, it's an industry that can really make meaningful contributions to conserving our environment and our resources.
