The organization is full of politics and highly toxic people. No respect for employees. The CTO will not respect you and only do what he feels. If you try to express yourself you will be insulted in a meeting with personal attacks. The product has no vision and everyone is a YES sayer to the leadership. Absolutely no work ethics. People don't know to behave/talk or communicate. Instead, you are threatened with bad language by some of the teams. The company has an high attrition rate.
