- effective training and guidance and mentorship from senior teachers at branches - generally helpful administrative staff (ie. centre managers) at branches which helps ease the work load of teachers - warm and competent colleagues that are readily helpful in bouncing ideas
Kontras
- crunch period can get overwhelming at times (ie. mock test period, mid term parent update) especially if you have a high number of students - marking can really pile up - rather steep learning curve especially when you first start (but on the job training really helps you to gain mastery of the relevant competencies needed)
