Be willing to look for those and don’t wait for them to be handed to you. You will be rewarded. The people are what makes WV a place where you want to come to work.

There are cons. WV can be mentally and physically exhausting, and there will be days that you will want to throw in the towel. It’s definitely not for everyone.
