There is a heavy expectation that you be proactive in problem solving which I don't necessarily consider a negative myself, but for some people that want to be told what to do and not have to worry about improving things this can be a negative. Benefits are minimal due to the small size of the company, but the upside is they are improving as revenue and profitability increases.
