This job was dystopian - Customer Support Representative bei World Connection: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The pay rate is abysmal. The policies and procedures are designed to make life incredibly hard for customers and representatives alike. The computer systems used are archaic, redundant, and none of them talk to each other, so you end up re-entering the same information at least 3 times. The micromanaging is excessive. The client they employ people for is so bureaucratic, it makes the job impossible. Overall, working here was a stressful experience, and not something I would do again.
