Pros

Decent product, great co workers.

Kontras

Work too many hours & too much stress for the salary paid. This company tries to sell you on a great home/work life balance but give you so much work that there is no balance. Crazy, constant reporting, reporting, reporting. So much so that you cannot manage your position or staff.

The best five things I have experienced working for Worksoft in the past year are: 1- A supportive company culture & work environment, 2-Transparent leadership and management, 3-Empowering growth and development opportunities, 4-Balanced work-life balance & flexibility. 5-Competitive compensation & benefits.

Kontras

Working 100% remotely limits personal connections with coworkers that can lead employees to collaboration bottlenecks and sometimes even isolation. It is not meant for everyone; specially those who are extroverted and thrive on social interactions.

Pros

I've been with Worksoft for close to 3 years and have seen such a shift in that time, for the better. New leadership team, new investment in the product and engineering team, lots of new employees with great experience joining the team. I personallly love the ability to work fully remote, and accessability to leadership.

Kontras

Like all PE owned companies, there is going to be change. You need to be able to work in fast paced environment and remain nimble.
