Evaluation - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Works Applications: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Almost of people are unsatisfied with personnel evaluation system,neither me. Because the system is unfair and not clear. Even if I made efforts very much, it does not make sense. Because the rater does not know the the work and efforts of the target. At the same time,even if I did not make efforts,the evaluation is not so different,just average.
