Pays well, has wellness programs and other benefits for US & UK teams. Beneficial to women as majority of employees are women - women friendly environment. Good for IT employees. Staring pay for clinicians are also good.
Kontras
Call center to intake calls - clinical but more work-life (childcare, legal, financial, etc.) Inexperienced manager makes life difficult and feel unsupported at work. (more than knowledge, it is manipulative attitude). Benefits and salary and appraisals are different for different teams. No yearly appraisals for clinicians. Hire and fire policy, even if you are VP, you can be fired without notice. Even senior counselors do intakes mainly with a few added roles.
