Pros
I've been working for WPA for just over 2 years and have loved every minute of it. The management in particular were one of the things that attracted me to take the position, as their pragmatic and even-keeled approach would be welcome in most organizations. That level of stability is helpful in a traditionally unstable role (sales). Received the best and most focused sales training of any organization I've worked for and have seen the financial benefits of that investment the company placed in me immediately, and that will be something I'll be able to take into any other position should I leave WPA (which I have zero intention of doing!). The culture is also sales driven, in that the C-level reacts to actual market intel as far as what to offer and sell instead of trying to shove a non-client focused solution on an uninterested public. As a salesperson, it's really about all you could ask for, as the compensation is excellent too. For an office as small as this (compared to other places I've worked), the people get along fantastically well and it's just a fun place to be. This is the most satisfied professionally I've ever been, and the best is yet to come!
Kontras
The office is not close to my house, but even within that, management has worked with me to make the schedule and commute work within my families needs, so even that is a pro.
