- less and less career opportunities, no opportunity to grow as the company is downsizing, despite what HR tells you during the interview process - Company used to be HR oriented, but is no longer puting the employee experience first. - No Change management through big changes - employees feel left alone - No coaching / training opportunities. If you're lucky, you're told what you do wrong, but no help or guidance to improve. - Lots of politics and friendship at a director / senior level, which means that a person needs to play this game in order to grow / stay.
