Company response is very poor, delayed and by the book while people need answers now and proactively. Declarations of company being generous are simply not true compared to market companies in similar situation. Internal feedback tool has been disabled. The office recently expanded into second building introducing more space, meeting rooms and gym. What seemed like a fantastic benefit to have now becoming obvious of very poor planning with people being made redundant. I wonder how many jobs could have been saved.
