Pros

Monday - Friday schedule. Nice offices. Most of the managers are kind and understanding. I feel like they really try to set themselves apart from the competition and it gives me pride in my company and work.

Kontras

The company is a little top heavy/ mircomangenty (if that is a word). it is hard to get a raise and or move up in the company. They will hire you with what seems like clearly defined job duties but you are often given task outside of that. Completely thankless job. You can do something right 10000 times, but if you do one thing wrong they will notice. (that is kind of the standard in the industry though). Just protect yourself by doing the work and always having a way to prove it. The blame game happens all the time and if you are a collector like me you get blamed all the time. The biggest con by far is that you are forced to work in a program that barely works when it is working and they wont fix it.

Pros

Working remote provides a stress free work environment! Our team leads and bosses care about the employee mental health and happiness. I have had several opportunities to train and learn more on my team. Working for this company has been a refreshing g change of pace and I am so Thankful for this company!

Kontras

I have been at this company a year and any concerns or problems I have had have been addressed (nothing serious). I have nothing negative to say about this company!

Pros

The company is super understanding and are family-friendly. They understand the need to balance your work life and your home life. They're also really flexible with work schedules.

Kontras

There is very little upward mobility and they pay is average at best. The morale of the company isn't totally great and there seems to be a lot of confusion within the company. You're never really sure who you directly report to and management is slow to respond or implement ideas, change, or policy. There seems to be quite a bit of back-and-forth and never any real change.
