There is zero appreciation for hard work. No matter how much effort you put in, it goes unnoticed or is simply expected. Training is virtually non-existent, so you're expected to figure out complex tasks on your own. Documentation is poor across the board, making it even harder to deliver quality work. Leadership consistently over-promises to clients and stakeholders without consulting the team on feasibility or resource availability. This leaves staff stretched thin, trying to deliver the impossible with inadequate resources.
