That’s not mismanagement—it’s exploitation. Management has no direction, no funds, and no shame. They keep hiring without money, then cut everyone’s salary to survive their own poor planning. You’ll work weekends, nights, holidays, all under the illusion of “being part of something big.” Truth is—you’re just fuel for a broken system. Gender ratio is a disaster. Nepotism is the norm. Leadership hires friends and family regardless of ability, while actual performers are ignored or pushed out. So why did I stay 4 years in this nightmare?
