      Pros

      WorkHound provides great benefits (every other Friday off is great), a laid-back but structured remote environment (we all get the job done and support our clients), and an overall transparent communication style to employees. In a time with so much unknown, it's nice to feel confident in my company and secure in my job with the good work I do.

      Sometimes working remotely gets lonely. Miss coming together as a team but that goes with remote work and surviving a pandemic.

      Pros

      I am so sick of working as a big corporate widget. Workhound is the exact opposite, and it is so refreshing to be a human being treated with dignity and respect and valued for my contributions.

      Many people work remote. I miss the camaraderie of all working in the same office.
