Several medical assistants and techs who really know their jobs. Good physicians, both on-site and on-call.
Kontras
Insane scheduling and office support, leading to angry patients in the waiting room (2-5 hour waiting times). There's nothing you can do when patients are this angry. Multiple PA's have left in a short time - this should be a clue, but the same systems are being used. "We're just like a family," sure, a really dysfunctional one. Working with impaired staffers - at any level - is just not cool.
