Pros
- Nice office with ocean views - Compensation, especially for remote employees who aren't accustomed to Silicon Valley salaries. This is how they lure intelligent individuals away from attractive positions - Generally a friendly environment - Proliferating concept/industry (OKRs) and strong revenue growth rate
Kontras
- No investment in remote employee experience. Remote employees are left to fend for themselves in a high-pressure environment. Internal resources dedicated to this topic were unresponsive and of no assistance - Lack of transparency, particularly from Sales Management. You sell a goal management product: use it with your internal employees better and communicate with them when they're off track and need to improve. Also be more transparent in the hiring process and convey the lack of training/development and investment in remote employees - Lack of employee ramp time and flexibility. If you're not "producing" within your first few months, you'll be on management's watch list despite what you may think - CEO micromanages and is involved in every single decision at the company. If you're not on her good side, best of luck - Overrated product
