Really good and diverse team with tight communication across several continents. Learned a lot in terms of technology and organization, switching from waterfall to agile methodology, from C# basics to LINQ and Entity Framework, from VSS to Git and Redmine. I had an opportunity to test a huge variety of hardware / OS / SDKs and libraries. Easy going management respond quickly with answers and provide with comfortable work environment and I used to work from home twice a week.

Not the best benefits around, lack of QA and DBA.

Small, highly focused team with great interaction and a drive to succeed. Company has a good culture in that it is small company and you know everyone. Can live outside of Boston and work from home (there are pros and cons to working from home). Company has migrated it's main product from client-server to web based application. A lot of creative thinkers doing a lot of good work.

Many employees work from home.
