      4/10 schedule and flexibility which is nice. That's about it. Good PTO and health insurance benefits.

      Poorly run company, bad relationship between company and client. Severely limited by scope of practice by company. Have to teach fitness classes which makes you feel like a glorified fitness instructor. Very boring. High staff turnover.

      leadership is terrible microaggressive and sometimes straight up RACIST sneaky management tries to get you to work for no pay team leads have no backbone TOXIC PTO policy is awful
