      Particularly for NTTs, do not believe that you will get promoted or turned into TT. There is no loyalty for internal candidates, regardless of exceptional quality of research or teaching.

      Lots to learn, some great mentors, gave my resume an excellent boost and confidence a major push. Became very confident in my skills and provided valuable connections.
