It's difficult to put a pro here, I wish I had listened to my gut when reading the other negative reviews here. I guess, you get to learn the struggles of SMB businesses, and how they talk. This was an experience I will take as a learning lesson, and remember for the future.

The owner is close-minded, talks excessively for, doesn't handle any kind of criticism well. The negative reviews from clients online make selling it impossible, and the owner blames the clients. Cameras are always turned off, so I never saw the owner's face, which feels very shady. Sales training is very hard closing and aggressive style tactics, with you just hearing the guy go on and on and talk for an hour, you're exhausted before taking calls. I was told reps are making 20, 30, 40k a month consistently--this was a flat out lie. Talked to one of the guys who had been there awhile, who said he did 20k back in 2023, but nowhere close since. Very isolating, no culture whatsoever. I don't know what the CS side is like, so maybe that's better, but if you're in sales, there are definitely much better companies to work for. Take a pass on this one.
