-Too easy not to get fired -Workers inside stores are generally good people. -Easy to get time off
Kontras
-Once you get above a DM (and some DM's even), they have no clue whats going on in the stores. -Stress how imprtant it is to push loyalty programs that can crew the customer over if they don't use it. Nothing like losing 20 bucks if you don't use it for 2 months. -Sales Incentives continually go down. Used to make 10%, then 5%, now 2%?!
