Pros
Joining Wiser was a massive leap of faith for me. I had been in my previous role for almost 5 years, and accepting their offer meant moving countries and starting from scratch. Turns out it was a no brainer. I'm surrounded (now virtually) by the most incredibly talented, kind and amazing people who inspire me to be better every day. I have worked on loads of big name client projects (hello ASOS, lastminute, Tesco), learnt more in a year than I thought I could in a decade, been given all the responsibility I could handle, and laughed every single day. Senior management are approachable and always willing to share advice and knowledge, giving lots of really hands on training, And most importantly, the company culture is so strong . People are dedicated to their roles and to making the company better, and everyone lives and breaths the values in a way I've never seen in a company before. I plan on staying at Wiser for a really long time.
Kontras
You won't survive by coasting here. Everyone who works at Wiser is smart and incredibly hardworking as a baseline, so it takes a lot of dedication and often long working hours to succeed. If you're up for the challenge, it's worth it, but if you want a standard 9-5 Wiser probably isn't the place for you.
