Good discount and decent benefits

Kontras

Management cares about revenue and only revenue- even if managers WANT to do something in service of the employees, rather than add to the cash cow, they're silenced. I've witnessed dishonest selling and theft get congratulated because "the numbers look great". The software used to access and work on customer's accounts is absolutely insufferable.
