At the time i applied i really needed a job and the company's hiring process was fairly easy. At first glace everything seemed to be looking great. I had just got this great job at a big company sprint (i didn't know they were a preferred retailer) and i was gonna be making good money so i could finally move out of my parents house and support myself on my own
Kontras
As i began working here of course i didn't know anything. The location that i was employed at had no manger and there were only two other people working there. They didn't teach me anything at all and it took 2-3 months for the upper management to even sign me up to do my training. By that time i had already learned everything on my own. Long story short the management is absolutely horrible. They do not take any responsibility for anything they do and blame everything on the little guys. Since ive been here so many people and been in and out it makes no since at all. They believe that no matter what kind of person you are if you sell alot of phones you can get promoted. Even if the guy who doesn't sell as much has excellent leadership skills and and is on top of everything including the operations of the store and is very business professional. They will still choose the guy that sells and has no other leadership skills
