Decisions are not made properly and some people need to be let go. Favoritism of certain staff and some members of management are afraid of confrontation.

Working at Wirecomm has been an incredible experience. The team is supportive, and the company values both personal and professional growth. I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology, and the work environment is dynamic and rewarding. It's great to be part of a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and quality service

The only minor downside was the lack of flexibility in the schedule, but it wasn't a big deal as the work itself was fulfilling, and the team made it worthwhile. Overall, a great place to grow and develop!
