It’s not for everyone—it takes a lot of hard work to get a new product off the ground, so you may be asked to take on more tasks than usual. But it is fulfilling to see big companies buying the product.

I worked with some amazing people and the team in my department was great. Remote work and solid benefits were nice.

Upper management is full of nepotism and narcissism that doesn't actually know how to run a company.
