Great people to work with before company changes. Family environment and respect. Very flexible before and work/life balance.

Culture and leadership changed when new management came in. Loyal, tenured, employees were forced out due to relocation and other organizational changes. Rigid changeover and high expectations with poor infrastructure to support growth.
