Pros
I was taken on with no experience but lots of passion, and that was recognised. Windsor have given me the grounding to build my marketing career and I have learnt from the best mentors. Great culture, everyone is lovely and welcoming, and really care about the work they do. Open/encourage to constructive criticism, even in management, leading to growth and development of the whole team. It was a great experience.
Kontras
There can be a lack of internal vacancies, and management can be hesitant to let someone in the team pursue another department even if it would make them happier. Not my personal experience, but I've seen it happen once or twice in my year here.
